Where is my tracking number?
After dispatch, we send the tracking number and carrier link to the email address used for the order. Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier's first scan to appear.
Tracking has not updated
International parcels can pause while moving between carriers or during customs processing. If there is no update for 7 business days, or the package has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email support@potalakarma.com with your order number.
