All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including colors and materials, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and natural material differences.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we decline an order, we will not charge your payment method. Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment; we will process and ship your order after payment verification.

PayPal is currently the payment method available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Potala Karma does not receive or store your full PayPal account or card details.

Our jewelry is inspired by Tibetan cultural and spiritual traditions. While we strive to provide accurate information about the symbolic meaning of each piece, most of our products are jewelry and decorative items. Where a piece is older, ceremonial, or made for ritual context, that information is identified on its product page. None of our products are medical devices. Symbolic meanings are presented for cultural context and should not be interpreted as guarantees of spiritual, financial, protective, or physical effects.
