We want you to feel confident choosing a Potala Karma piece. Please review the policy below before returning an item.
7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returns requested after the 7-day window may be accepted at our discretion. If approved for a non-quality-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Each one-of-a-kind, age-stated, or antique piece is unique and cannot be replaced. These pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description. Please review all photographs and condition notes carefully before ordering.
30-Day Warranty
If an item develops a verified quality issue within 30 days of delivery, contact us for assessment. When the issue is confirmed, we will provide a repair or replacement at no additional repair or reshipment cost.
After 30 Days
We do not provide refunds for wear, misuse, or accidental damage reported after 30 days. Repair service may still be available. The customer is responsible for two-way shipping, and any repair fee will depend on the condition and work required.
How to Request a Return or Repair
Email zaufun@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and clear photographs of the item. Do not send an item back before approval. Once approved, we will provide the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing; your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
