Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

Potala Karma ships to destinations currently available at checkout. Availability can change because of carrier, customs, or local delivery restrictions. If your destination cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is US$15 for orders below US$99 and free for orders of US$99 or more, to destinations currently available at checkout. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding complimentary gifts, shipping and tax. Expedited shipping may be offered for an additional charge where available. Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are not included and remain the recipient's responsibility.

How long will delivery take?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

• Processing time: 2-5 business days
• Standard shipping time: usually 10-20 business days

These estimates exclude customs delays, weekends, public holidays, severe weather, and other events outside our control. Delivery to some remote destinations may take more than 30 days.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days after dispatch for the carrier's first tracking scan to appear.

What if my package does not arrive?

If your package has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email support@potalakarma.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the shipment is confirmed lost, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows a delivery problem or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and item so we can work with the carrier.

Payment Information

PayPal

PayPal is currently the payment method available at checkout. Only one payment method can be used per order. Payment is processed securely by PayPal, and Potala Karma does not receive or store your full PayPal account or card details.

Payment Troubleshooting

If PayPal does not complete your payment, confirm that your PayPal account and funding source are active, verify that your billing and delivery information is correct, and try again. If the issue continues, contact PayPal first and then email us at support@potalakarma.com with your order number or a screenshot that does not show sensitive payment information.
