Potala Karma

Care in every detail
Our crystal and gemstone materials come from the Mount Kailash mountain range. We have filmed this sourcing story and share the available footage with the relevant collection or product.
Yes, we use natural gemstones. Natural origin and any later treatment are separate questions: please refer to the information supplied for the individual piece for details of any known treatment.
Yes. Our artisans select the stones for their colour, grain and form, then shape, polish and assemble them by hand, allowing the natural material to guide the finished piece.
Some natural crystals develop inclusions, internal fractures or bands of colour as they form. These features give stones individual character, but they do not by themselves establish natural origin or quality.
Yes. After each artwork is completed, it must receive a blessing from our Master Tenzin before leaving our workshop and making its way to you, carrying our wishes for peace and well-being.
Avoid knocks, drops, perfume and cleaning chemicals. Different gemstones respond differently to water, heat and light, so follow the care for the stated material. When unsure, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store separately.

Materials and details from our crystal collection.
Crystal Pendant
Honey-yellow crystal held in dark weaving becomes a warm personal emblem of possibility, carrying a wish to keep hope close while giving it a practical shape.
A small piece of sunlight seems caught in a basket as it is carried indoors. The woven setting gives that impossible image a convincing outline, turning a bright thought into something that feels sheltered and near.
The crystal is enclosed in a fine knotted cord cage, with a compact wrapped neck and spaced bead accents.
The warm yellow palette brings a small point of colour to restrained everyday styling, with the irregular crystal form remaining the focus.
Keep dry and away from perfume, detergents, excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, impacts and pulling the cord or fittings. Store separately from harder jewellery.
