A Moment of Blessing
Frequently asked questions
Do these stones come from the Mount Kailash mountain range?
Our crystal and gemstone materials come from the Mount Kailash mountain range. We have filmed this sourcing story and share the available footage with the relevant collection or product.
Are the stones natural?
Yes, we use natural gemstones. Natural origin and any later treatment are separate questions: please refer to the information supplied for the individual piece for details of any known treatment.
Are the pieces made and polished by hand?
Yes. Our artisans select the stones for their colour, grain and form, then shape, polish and assemble them by hand, allowing the natural material to guide the finished piece.
Why can crystals have inclusions, internal fractures or colour bands?
Some natural crystals develop inclusions, internal fractures or bands of colour as they form. These features give stones individual character, but they do not by themselves establish natural origin or quality.
Is every piece blessed before it reaches me?
Yes. After each artwork is completed, it must receive a blessing from our Master Tenzin before leaving our workshop and making its way to you, carrying our wishes for peace and well-being.
How should I wear and care for my gemstones?
Avoid knocks, drops, perfume and cleaning chemicals. Different gemstones respond differently to water, heat and light, so follow the care for the stated material. When unsure, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store separately.

Made around the stone
Each quartz point is individually secured with hand-finished wire or cord wrapping. Crystal shape, internal inclusions and the arrangement of the wrapping vary between the photographed styles.
Gold-tone describes the finish, not solid gold.
A personal intention
Carry it as a personal reminder to pause and reflect. The meaning you give it is your own.
Care for your pendant
Keep dry and away from perfume, detergents, heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, impacts and pulling the cord or fittings. Store separately from harder jewellery.
