Frequently asked questions

What does this service include?

One service arranges one kora, or circuit, around Mount Kailash on your behalf, dedicated to the name and wish you provide. This is a service; you do not travel as part of this purchase and no physical item is shipped.

Who carries out the service, and where?

Local monk guides carry out the Mount Kailash kora on your behalf.

Can I dedicate it to myself or someone else?

Yes. You may dedicate the service to yourself or another person. Leave the name and the words or wish you would like to share in your order notes, or email them to potalakarma96@gmail.com with your order number.

When will the service be arranged?

We arrange the service within 15 calendar days after receiving your order and the name and dedication details needed to carry it out.

Will I receive photographs and video?

Yes. After the service is completed, we provide photographs and video from your dedication by email. Product-page images are reference images, rather than a record of your own completed service.

How can I request changes or ask about the arrangement?

Email potalakarma96@gmail.com with your order number. For changes, cancellation requests or scheduling questions, we will confirm the available options according to the progress of your service.
