Frequently asked questions
Are the rugs woven by hand?
Yes. Our rugs, seat cushions and tea mats are woven by hand, with care given to the pattern, texture, edges and finishing.
What yarn is used?
We use specially prepared Tibetan wool yarn, woven by hand to bring out its colour, texture and natural character.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the dimensions listed for the piece and measure the space where you plan to use it. Rugs, seat cushions and tea mats have different sizes and uses, so choose according to the individual product description.
Where can I place or use the piece?
Depending on its size and design, a piece may suit a seat, tabletop or a decorative space. Follow the intended use in its description. Keep it away from damp areas and direct heat; if placed on a floor, make sure it sits securely and does not slip.
Is every piece blessed before it reaches me?
Yes. After each artwork is completed, it must receive a blessing from our Master Tenzin before leaving our workshop and making its way to you, carrying our wishes for peace and well-being.
How should I care for the woven piece?
Avoid soaking, harsh cleaning chemicals, direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight. Gently remove dust and follow the care guidance supplied with the piece. If damp, allow it to dry naturally in a ventilated place; do not pull loose threads or fringe.

Tibetan Rug
The story of this piece
Sage Green Deer Motif Mini Wool Rug
Sage green settles around the deer motif with the feeling of a season returning. Small signs of life are enough to begin changing the atmosphere of a room.
Creative Inspiration
Imagine the first green returning to a familiar field after winter. No single leaf announces the change; the whole place gradually feels different. The rug's story follows that gentle return of life.
