Potala Karma

Care in every detail
Yes. Our rugs, seat cushions and tea mats are woven by hand, with care given to the pattern, texture, edges and finishing.
We use specially prepared Tibetan wool yarn, woven by hand to bring out its colour, texture and natural character.
Check the dimensions listed for the piece and measure the space where you plan to use it. Rugs, seat cushions and tea mats have different sizes and uses, so choose according to the individual product description.
Depending on its size and design, a piece may suit a seat, tabletop or a decorative space. Follow the intended use in its description. Keep it away from damp areas and direct heat; if placed on a floor, make sure it sits securely and does not slip.
Yes. After each artwork is completed, it must receive a blessing from our Master Tenzin before leaving our workshop and making its way to you, carrying our wishes for peace and well-being.
Avoid soaking, harsh cleaning chemicals, direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight. Gently remove dust and follow the care guidance supplied with the piece. If damp, allow it to dry naturally in a ventilated place; do not pull loose threads or fringe.

Tibetan Rug
A deer motif on cream wool gives this mini rug a gentle woodland mood, carrying a wish for a resting place that feels calm, open and quietly welcoming.
A deer pauses at the edge of a clearing without hurrying away. For a moment the whole scene seems to breathe more slowly. The pale rug takes that imagined stillness as its story.
